NutriKonsul runs on registered dietitians and three practical formats: chat consultation, scheduled online sessions, and coaching with follow-up. Pick the option that matches your goal and your schedule.

Three ways in

Chat consultation

Lightest start

Suits quick checks and small adjustments.

You send questions and get answers from a registered dietitian. It is a common first touchpoint and fits messaging-led routines. Chat is not a substitute for a full assessment, and if your question needs more depth, your dietitian will tell you.

Scheduled online sessions

Planned conversation

A defined question or a reset after your routine changes.

Your dietitian reviews your intake form beforehand, then works through your eating patterns, goals, and constraints. You receive a personalized plan and a clear next step. Sessions happen online, so location across Indonesia is not a barrier.

Coaching with follow-up

Ongoing goals

For goals that build up over weeks.

Weight management, sports nutrition, pregnancy and lactation nutrition, or changing long-standing everyday eating habits. Coaching pairs scheduled sessions with chat access and regular follow-up. Your food diary feeds each review, so adjustments come from what you record rather than from guesswork. This is the format where the plan gets refined rather than replaced.

Meal planning

Every substantive format ends with a meal plan you can use. It is built around ingredients available where you live and the way you actually cook. Family nutrition plans account for shared dishes and different ages at one table. Individual plans focus on portions, timing, and variety for one person. Plans are adjusted at follow-up as your routine shifts.

Food diary review

A food diary is a short record of what you eat, kept so your dietitian can see patterns rather than assumptions. Reviewing it together is often the most productive part of a consultation. It shows where the plan works and where it quietly breaks down. You do not need a perfect record. A rough, honest one is more useful.

What one session covers
  • Your intake form read before the call, so the hour is not spent on background
  • Your eating patterns, goals, and the constraints of a real week
  • A personalized meal plan built on ingredients you can buy nearby
  • A clear next step, and the notes your follow-up will build on

What the meal plan sheet holds

Built at the dietitian's desk

The plan you receive is a working sheet, not a poster. Each column below describes a part you can use the same week it arrives, and everything on it changes at follow-up as your routine shifts.

Part of the plan
Everyday meals Shared dishes at a family table, portion guidance for one person, and the ingredients you already buy nearby. At follow-up, when your routine or cooking changes.
Timing and portions How the day is paced around work, school runs, and the hours you actually eat. After a food diary review shows the real pattern.
Goal track Weight management, sports nutrition, or pregnancy and lactation nutrition, matched to the format you chose. At each scheduled session or coaching check-in.
Follow-up notes What the dietitian will return to next time, including the questions you flagged by chat. Coaching adds chat access between sessions.

Plans are written in plain language and reviewed with you, so you can ask why an ingredient or a portion is there. If a suggestion does not fit your kitchen, say so at the session and it is replaced.

What is not included

Guidance stays inside a dietitian's scope

NutriKonsul is a nutrition consultation service. Our dietitians work within their professional scope and do not take on work that belongs with another kind of professional. If your situation calls for a different referral, the dietitian will say so at the first session and suggest the sensible route. That boundary is part of what makes the guidance worth your time.

The same applies to the plan itself. We do not run dramatic transformation programs or promise outcomes on a fixed timeline. You get practical guidance, a meal plan built around your food, and follow-up that adjusts the plan as your weeks change.

Nutrition guidance supports the way you eat. It does not replace the care of any other professional you already work with, and your dietitian will keep that in view.

Ask a direct question before you register. If the answer is that we are not the right fit, we will tell you that instead of selling you the largest package.

Booking and scheduling

Registration happens online, and you can also arrange your first session by message if that is easier. Once your registration reaches us, we confirm it and offer scheduling options for your first session, usually within the hours you tell us work best.

Have your goal and a rough picture of your week ready before you register. That is enough for the dietitian to recommend a format rather than default to the largest one.

  • Register online and describe your goal in the intake form.
  • We confirm and offer scheduling options for your first session.
  • Your dietitian reads the intake form before the session begins.
  • Coaching adds chat access and follow-up between sessions.

Before you choose

Common questions about formats

A few things people ask before registering. If your question is not here, the full FAQ covers more, and the office can answer the rest.

Can I start with chat and move to coaching later?

Yes. Chat is often the first touchpoint, and if the conversation shows that an ongoing format would serve you better, your dietitian will say so. You decide whether to move up.

Do I need a food diary before the first session?

No. The intake form is what the dietitian reads first. A rough food diary helps from the second conversation onward, and a short honest record is more useful than a detailed one you abandon after three days.

Can a meal plan cover a whole household?

Yes. Family nutrition plans account for shared dishes and different ages at one table. Portions and notes are adjusted per person rather than written as one sheet for everybody.

What if I am not sure which format fits?

Register and describe your goal in a few lines. We will recommend a format and explain why, rather than defaulting to the most involved option. You can also call the office line during working hours.

Start with the goal, not the package

Tell us what you want to change about the way you eat and when your week allows a conversation. The dietitian reads it, recommends the format that fits, and the first session is scheduled from there. Nothing is charged before you have agreed on the format.
