Step three
Meeting your dietitian
Your first consultation happens by chat or scheduled session, depending on the format you chose. Your registered dietitian opens with what they learned from your form, then asks the follow-up questions that matter.
Expect a conversation, not a lecture. You can ask about anything you have been unsure of, including how to read food labels or how to handle meals you do not cook yourself.
Step four
Your personalized plan
You leave with a meal plan built around your food environment. That means ingredients you can buy locally, portions that match your goal, and structure that fits your week.
Family nutrition plans cover shared meals; individual plans focus on one person's patterns. Follow-up adjustments come later, but the first version should be usable the same week.
What your plan covers
How we get there together
Local ingredients
Built from what is on the shelf in your market, not a list of exotic items
Portions
Matched to your goal and adjusted as you go, not set once and forgotten
Weekly structure
Fits the days you cook and the days you eat out
Shared vs individual
Family coverage for shared meals; individual plans for one person's habits
Follow-up built in
Revision happens after your food diary, not on a fixed schedule you cannot keep
