Continuation
Meet the registered dietitians at NutriKonsul
Every consultation at NutriKonsul is handled by a registered dietitian, which is a formal qualification in Indonesia. This page explains how our team is organized, what each focus area involves, and how we match you with the right person before your first session.
Credentials
What "registered dietitian" signals
In a market where nutrition content is everywhere, credentials separate structured guidance from casual advice. A registered dietitian works from assessment: your intake form, your eating patterns, and your stated goal. That is different from general wellness content, which often skips the assessment step.
When you see the term on our pages, it means a qualification and a defined scope. It is a real signal for you as a client: the person reading your intake form has done the coursework, holds the title, and works inside a known professional boundary rather than guessing from a trend.
How we match you
Placed, then confirmed
Matching happens after you register, based on your intake form and the focus area you describe. You do not need to choose a name yourself. We place you, then confirm the match.

Focus areas across the team
One team, several ways a plan gets built
Our dietitians work across everyday eating habits, family nutrition, sports nutrition, pregnancy and lactation nutrition, older adult nutrition, and weight management. These are not separate services with separate promises. They are areas of focus that shape how a plan is built and how often follow-up makes sense.
Everyday eating habits
For visitors who want steadier meals around a job, study schedule or unpredictable commute. Work starts with what is already on your plate.
Family nutrition
One plan that has to feed different ages at the same table. Portions, textures and prep time are adjusted before anything else.
Sports nutrition
Plans that follow your training week: what goes in before a session, what goes in after, and how the rest days differ.
Pregnancy and lactation nutrition
Plans built around changing appetite and routines across stages, with your own health professional kept in the loop where needed.
Older adult nutrition
When appetite or chewing gets in the way, the plan changes texture and timing first, and keeps meals enjoyable rather than clinical.
Weight management
Steady adjustments tied to your food diary, not to a promise. Follow-up looks at what the week actually looked like and moves from there.
How consultations run
A working conversation, online
Consultations happen online, by chat or scheduled session. Your dietitian reviews your intake form beforehand. The session is a working conversation: what you eat now, what you want to change, what your week allows.
How online consultation worksStep
What happens
Intake form
Reviewed before your session so the dietitian walks in already knowing your starting point.
Session
A conversation about food you actually eat, goals you actually care about, and time you actually have.
Plan
You leave with a personalized plan and one clear next step rather than a wall of generic rules.
Follow-up
The plan adjusts from your food diary and how the weeks actually went.
The plan is a working document, adjusted week to week
Scope and boundaries
Advice we are qualified to give
Our dietitians work within their professional scope and do not provide medical services. If your situation needs a different professional, they will say so rather than stretch their role. This boundary protects the quality of the guidance we do provide.
It also means you can trust that the advice given is advice the dietitian is qualified to give. Nutrition consultation is food and habit guidance: what you eat, when you eat it, how it fits your week. It is delivered as an online consultation over chat or scheduled video, not as an in-person service.
What we ask of you
Bring the honest version
Bring an honest intake form and, later, an honest food diary. Both are inputs your dietitian depends on.
A polished record that hides the skipped meals is less useful than a rough one that shows them. The consultations work when the picture you bring is accurate. That is the single habit that changes what you get out of a session: write down the ordinary week, not the good one.
Useful notes look like
- what a normal weekday actually contains
- the meals that got skipped, and why
- the snacks that happen without thinking
- what the weekend looks like, honestly
